The Black Women Leadership Programme
Our flagship leadership development experience
The Black Women Leadership Programme is a transformational 8-month leadership development programme designed to equip Black women with the confidence, strategic capability, and leadership presence required to thrive in senior academic, professional services, and corporate leadership roles.
Created in response to the persistent underrepresentation of Black women in senior leadership across organisations and institutions, the programme equips participants to lead authentically, navigate complex systems, and drive meaningful change — without compromising identity or values.

Being part of the BWLP 2025 has been a truly transformative experience. The change I’ve witnessed in myself, both professionally and personally, is tangible. This programme it’s an awakening.
